Richard A. Gross, Esq. - Manager and Founder
Before joining BWRA, Mr. Gross was a partner at the law firm of Rosenman & Colin LLP. He previously served as a partner at the law firms of
Foley, Hoag & Eliot and Wald, Harkrader and Ross, as Vice President and General Counsel of the National Consumer Cooperative Bank, and as Executive Director of the
United States Consumer Product Safety Commission. Mr. Gross received his B.A. degree in philosophy from Wesleyan University, and his J.D. degree from Harvard University
Law School.
Michael C. Sununu - Manager
In addition to serving as a Manager at BWRA, Mr. Sununu is currently an Associate with JHS Associates, a strategic consulting company based in New Hampshire and
Washington, DC. The company specializes in strategic planning and assistance for companies interested in developing business with the public sector. Mr. Sununu
previously worked on Capitol Hill for several members of Congress as a legislative director, and he also ran the research division for the Republican Party’s
Congressional Committee. Mr. Sununu received his B.S. degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and his M.B.A. degree from The Kellogg School at Northwestern
University.
Sandra Spalletta, Esq. - Manager and General Counsel
Ms. Spalletta previously served as Special Counsel at Rosenman & Colin LLP and as a partner at Foley, Hoag & Eliot. She also served as a lawyer at Wald, Harkrader and
Ross in Washington and at Weil, Gotshal & Manges, and Kaye, Scholer, Fierman, Hays & Handler in New York. She graduated summa cum laude with a B.A. degree in
international studies and political science from Dickinson College, and received her J.D. degree from Harvard University Law School.
Donald R. (DR) Dugan, Jr. - Vice President, Finance
Prior to joining BWRA, Mr. Dugan was President and Chief Executive Officer of Guaranty Capital Corporation, the leasing and structured finance subsidiary of
Temple-Inland Inc. Previously, Mr. Dugan was a President and Chief Executive Office of American Finance Group, Inc., the leasing subsidiary of PLM International.
Before that, Mr. Dugan held various positions with Equis Financial Group, including National Sales Manager, Treasurer and head of its Capital Markets Group. Prior to
joining Equis, Mr. Dugan served as a Lieutenant in the United States Navy. Mr. Dugan earned a B.S. degree from the United States Naval Academy, and an M.B.A. degree from
Boston College.
